In his most recent role, Julian worked alongside the VP of Talent to develop processes and techniques to build the company from 55 to 100 employees in a year. As a Sr. Technical Recruiter at Blink Health, Julian was also responsible for the recruitment and growth of the company. In his 10 years of experience, Julian has developed a strong working relationship with a wide range of clients and coworkers. Julian Ballen has a Bachelor's degree in Political Science/Pre-Law from Macaulay Honors College and a student exchange fellowship from Brooklyn Technical High School. Ballen worked as a political propaganda and research analyst with the political party New Labour from 2012 to 2016. Ballen then started working as an intelligence analyst for the Department for Homeland Security from 2016 to present. Ballen has thesis work in political economy and US international relations that are in progress. Ballen is currently an intelligence analyst for the Department of Homeland Security.
