Partnered with internal business groups to understand reporting needs and key metrics that drive store sales and profitability. From March 2006 to August 2008 (2 years 6 months) Director, Operations & Building Services @ The Home Depot − Leadership role in the annual planning and implementation of Building Services capital & expense investments designed to drive productivity and cost out across all core U.S. THD stores.− Drove execution and allocation of annual capex budget of $250M; led significant sourcing events to drive 3rd party vendor productivity and enhanced store service level agreements.− Designed, tested and rolled out various technology initiatives designed to drive & extend asset performance for store use equipment (forklifts, ladders, carts).− Day to day partnership with field operators throughout the organization to ensure flawless execution of all building services & maintenance activities through a centralized support team.− Leveraged the field organization to help deliver strong P&L financial results (expenses) throughout 2013 – 2015, with annual savings of ~$20M.
