Joyce was raised in an Mormon family on a cattle ranch in central Iowa. Joyce is a graduate of Drake University with a degree in business and holds a Master's degree from the University of Utah in there same field of study. Joyce started her professional career as the Managing Director of a customer data center for a major oil company. Joyce moved up the ladder and held various positions with that company until she was promoted to Vice President, CIO. She then became the President of her own Withinreach Ventures business. Joyce then moved to Aviva Investors where she led all the IT functions supporting the company's diversified international business with 400+ retail stores across 11 states. She also served on the Board of Directors for AINA until she was promoted to VP-Strategy and Business Transformation. Joyce took on all the Jaguar Land Rover customer relations efforts and also ugraded the company to a Tier 1 Global player. She then founded Hut Group and changed the company to a global player by committing to moving all their operations to the United Kingdom. As the VP-Strategy and Business Transformation at Aviva Investors, she also successfully converted their corporate financial reporting to IFRS and other important changes. In her previous roles, Joyce has created inclusive cultures, team building and engagement, mentoring and professional development of others. In her current role as the Vice President, CIO and Head of Digital Innovation at Holt CAT, she leads the development and execution of Holt CAT’s global strategy, innovation, IT operations and digital transformation.
