After Graduating from Fuller University in 2004,Joy White founded and CEO of Flawed Masterpiece, a creative marketing agency that helped businesses polish their content and communications strategies. In her spare time, White also enjoyed making short film and writing screenplays. In January of 2016, she relocated to Atlanta to be temporarily the Vice President of Legal Affairs, General Counsel, and College Secretary for Morehouse College. In January of 2017, she rejoined the firm of McFadden, White, Sprattlin & Davis LLP as Founding and Managing Partner. In January of 2018, she was appointed Founding and Managing Partner at The White Legal Group, LLC.White is also a member of the Board of Directors for the Georgia Institute of Technology's mock court program.
