During the projects I coach customer how to lead agile software projects and how to plan their upcoming features using lean thinking. From April 2014 to September 2014 (6 months) Liferay Team Leader @ After successful customer project I got more involved I got involved in all our Liferay projects as a Team Leader. Currently I run my own application development team as Scrum Master and coach after several other teams and help them to get things agile. From August 2012 to April 2014 (1 year 9 months) Software Architect / Scrum Master @ After over decade of programming for living, I got interested in leading team towards goals. Agile development practices were just been adapted by Uoma and I wanted to take them from papers to practice. I got own small team in customer web application project and started hard way to get it working. From August 2011 to August 2012 (1 year 1 month) Senior Developer @ I started as Java Developer for OpenText WCM product. I maintaiden several customer websites and programmed integrations and customizations to base product. Very soon after starting I got involved with company's development environment improvements. I was leading some major changes that lead from changing from using CVS version control to implement full blown continuous integration with automated processes to aid developers and ensure quality and delivery. From January 2007 to August 2011 (4 years 8 months) Application Developer / Project Manager @ I started as RPG/CL application developer on IBM AS/400 systems and evolved to Java Web Application developer and architect on IBM Websphere platform. Company's development infrastructure and processes were mainly planned and created by me. It was natural to get involved in sales of IBM AS/400 and IBM iSeries systems as certified specialist after creating hosting environment to run customer applications. Entire time I managed several customer software development and couple of our own product research projects.
