Authentication & Authorization Service Manager @ From May 2014 to Present (1 year 8 months) Project Manager @ • Effectively manage and implement the Enterprise Password Vault Management solution for shared and privileged accounts. This multi-million dollars two year project incorporates 3rd party product solution with security measures that include two-factor authentication, digital key solution, as well as SIEM. Over 12,000 shared and privileged accounts are enrolled in the Password Vault. The enterprise solution automates and centralizes password management compliance requirements and significantly strengthens controls over administrative access. • Manage the upgrade of Interactive Voice Response system for IT Call Center from Apropos 6 to Customer Interactive Management system. The IVR system integrates with HP Service Manager for service request and incident tracking and GMT Planet for workload demands and call volume forecasts. • Successfully managed the upgrade of Microsoft Office 2010, IE8, and Windows 7 for 22,000+ personnel, from inception to deployment.
