Conducted user research (including customer interviews, prototype evaluations, online surveys, and usability tests) and created UI designs for seventeen major product releases. The Spring 2014 release introduced the Cloud Mapping Designer which allows developers to create flexible, parameterized mappings within a web browser. Business users may create data integration tasks based on these parameterized mappings with an easy-to-use wizard interface. Informatica Cloud was honored by Salesforce customers as the best data integration application on the AppExchange five years in a row (2008-2012). Led the effort to document UI design patterns for Informatica 9 on-premise enterprise web applications. Worked with a global team of application UI designers, development engineers, and solution managers to ensure that these UI building blocks were technically feasible and met customer requirements.
