The software industry has evolved. Users, now more than ever, have developed keen awareness for the quality of user experiences in products and services, and this awareness poses its influence from market reception to operational support costs and ultimately to brand valuation. Support the goals of your target users and customers, and the bottom-line will follow.
I am a User Experience professional with fifteen years of experience creating market-differentiating experiences for web-based and mobile software products.

Co-Founder, Product Design & Strategy @ Meshfire is the first social media management tool which leverages artificial intelligence and machine learning to help you accomplish more in less time. Our vision with Meshfire was to create a tool that feels alive, proactively helps you with your social media relationships, coaches you, reminds you of things that are easy to forget, and emphasizes human to human interaction over metric-boosting mechanics and hacks. We gave our virtual social media coach a face and a name, and her voice and presence is felt every time she matches you up with another social media user or influencer who aligns perfectly with your strengths and interests.
I firmly believe the discipline of designing experiences must go beyond best practice interaction patterns and innovative gestures. The introduction of intelligence into user experiences allows people to rely on technology in new ways, and receive rewards beyond simple utility and analytics.
Meshfire is still evolving, and we hope to see it become the only way to use social media without intimidation or confusion - with visible rewards to match users' efforts in real time.
I am one of four co-founders and the only designer and product manager on the founding team. I was responsible for the end-to-end product experience and everything else involved in an early-stage venture.
