Growing people and thus growing revenue is what I am passionate about. I've been fortunate to have worked with some fantastic people that have been critically important in helping drive my success. My experience ranges from Sales Management, Sales, Marketing and Business development. I've built, managed and transformed inside/outside sales teams, strategic partnerships, channels, and client relations. Professionally, I am most thankful for the outstanding people I have worked with over the past 18 years, many of whom are close personal friends, mentors and inspirational figures.
What I'm passionate about:
People development, building strong and effective teams and initiating and pursuing partnerships that yield results.
What motivates me:
Creative, strategic people, brainstorming ideas, success, calculated risks, learning from failure and seeing the light bulb turn on when someone you develop "gets it" and WOWs you, a customer or a partner. That is very, very satisfying.
