In his current position as General Manager at XO Communications from January 2005 to January 2009, Josh Ebert is responsible for the everyday operations of the company. He also served as Director of Sales at T-Mobile from January 2003 to January 2005. At WorldCom from January 1996 to January 2002, Josh was responsible for all sales operations in the Northeast region. As Director of Sales at US Networks from January 2002 to January 2003, he contributed to the growth of US Networks into one of the most successful telecommunication companies in its industry.Josh Ebert has more than twenty years of experience in the telecommunications industry. He has held positions in a number of companies, most notably as a Sales Manager at WorldCom from January 1996 to January 2002, where he was responsible for all sales operations in the Northeast region. He also has experience in the Air Infrastructure and Telecommunications industries, principally as a Director of Sales at US Airways from February 2000 to February 2002, and as a Senior Vice President at air transport conglomerate America West in United Airlines from October 2000 until his departure in January 2003.

Josh Ebert's education and work readiness are based on his experience as an individual with executive coaching, business administration, and management. Since he completed his undergraduate degree in psychology from Roanoke College in 1990, Josh has lived and worked in a variety of countries and industries. During his time in college, he distinguished himself as a practicing psychologically-assisted therapist. He then spent several years working as an assistant professor at the University of Missouri in Columbia, where he was a professor of business administration and management, and also had a role in developing the School of Business affairs. After retirement from teaching at the University of Missouri in 2017, Josh began his own executive coaching business, which he launched in November of that year. In its first year, the business grew quickly, and now offers executive coaching services in a variety of industries and countries. Josh has also made a significant impact in the field of business readiness, initially introducing the notion that executive coaches can provide tools and support for people in order to help them achieve the goals they set for themselves. His business has since been featured in national magazines and periodicals, and he has regularly taught workshops and groups on the topic of executive coaching.Josh's work readiness for the role of executive coach has transitioned from being based on his knowledge and experiences in the field to being based on his understanding of the individual, their goals, and the resources they will need to reach them.
