Information Systems Cooperative @ This is an Information Systems Cooperative in the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Lincoln Laboratory. I am working in the Fabrication Engineering Department providing Information System solutions and other technical help. From September 2014 to Present (1 year 4 months) Director/Camera Man/Switchboard Operator @ I am responsible for directing, operating the switchboard, and filming City Council Meetings in Peabody City Hall, which gets broadcast live to local television stations. I also film other events in Peabody when requested. Annually I direct and operate the switchboard for Peabody's International Festival which is broadcast live to the local access channel.This work is only available when City Council Meetings are scheduled and when events occur so it is on and off work. From October 2011 to Present (4 years 3 months) Camera Man @ I film High School Football games for the coaches to review the games with their players. These tapes do not get broadcasted, but they are used for highlight tapes and learning tools for the players to better their game. This is only seasonal work (September - late November). From October 2009 to Present (6 years 3 months) Network Technician II @ I repair network issues on the multiple campuses of Salem State University. My work includes: Diagnosing and repairing wired and wireless network connection issues that faculty, staff, and students experience. I have an in depth understanding of TCP/IP and the OSI model. I perform much work within Data Centers and wiring closets. This work includes: tracing and activating ports for users, as well as configuring, implementing, and maintaining networking equipment. I have experience in diagnosing and repairing VLAN and DHCP Server problems. The switch/router operating systems I work with are: Junos (Juniper Operating System), AOS (Alcatel-Lucent Operating System), and Cisco IOS (Cisco Internetwork Operating System). I have experience configuring single mode and multimode fiber optic uplinks. I also have experience in planning and working on various network projects. These projects include: Creating a Linux DHCP failover cluster, setting up new wiring closets for buildings, etc. I also diagnosis and repair PC hardware and software issues when needed. I primarily meet with users face to face and solve their network related issues in their offices, classrooms, or dormitories. From October 2011 to November 2014 (3 years 2 months) Jr. Systems Administrator Intern @ This is an Internship position at Net Atlantic Inc. I had for the Summer of 2014. I worked in the Information Technology Department. Some of my many projects and everyday work included:
Setting up and troubleshooting domain accounts with Microsoft Active Directory.
Troubleshooting and repairing network and computer problems.
Cisco Switch Configurations.
Off-site Data Center maintenance and equipment implementation.
Working with ESXI Hypervisors and managing its guest operating systems using VMSphere.
Setting up user workstations with Norton Ghost.
Working with Kaspersky Laboratory to manage user anti-virus.
Working with Microsoft Office products to visually represent the company's network, scripts, and database systems.
Working with end users to clearly answer questions and provide solutions.
This was an excellent internship and it taught me a lot about the Information Technology industry and the products that I.T. Departments use to upkeep businesses. From May 2014 to September 2014 (5 months) Computer Science Tutor @ I worked as a Computer Science tutor in the Center for Academic Excellence at Salem State University. I helped struggling Computer Science students understand Computer Mathematics, Software Design, and Computer Programming.

Computer Fundamentals From September 2012 to May 2013 (9 months) Easy Certified Resident Technician @ I was a Staples EasyTech computer technician. The work included Installing operating systems on customer computers, data backups, virus removals, tune ups, system restores, factory system restores, repairing/upgrading/replacing hardware such as: Hard Drives, CPUs, NICs, RAM, Motherboards, Graphics Cards, etc. I also sold new computers to customers. From January 2010 to October 2011 (1 year 10 months) Camera Man @ I filmed Lynn English High School sporting events as well as other school events that took place around the city. I filmed all year long between: football, basketball, hockey, and baseball. I would also film school plays, important meetings and assemblies, etc. The film would be later broadcasted through LETV which is the local television network. From April 2008 to May 2011 (3 years 2 months)
