My GoodCall Story How it started? I studied Software and Math Engineering at the Faculty of Nuclear Sciences and Physical Engineering and I was hired as a hardcore Linux engineer for one ICT corporation. That was my very first touch with recruitment. I wasn't satisfied with that recruitment experience at all! Due to that and the necessity for techies on the market, I started my own IT personnel agency and set the new standard of IT recruitment in CEE region. That was also a time when I started to use LinkedIn for recruitment. Call it intuition. As time flew, I decided to skip out of the shadow of one IT guy doing staffing and let other recruiters know that I am here too! That was a moment I published my book PEOPLE AS MERCHANDISE: CRACK THE CODE TO LINKEDIN RECRUITMENT which was recommended by HR directors of companies such as IBM, HP, AVG, Google, Barclays, Adecco, Manpower, Randstad and also personas like Barbara Corcoran, an investor from ABC's Shark Tank. This was my first class ticket to the highest recruitment league! I started a cooperation with top companies in the industry. I knew one thing. I cannot be a full-time trainer and speaker for a long time. I needed to get back to pure recruitment and do it big time this time! How? I needed a wing man. Somebody who also believes that the core of modern recruitment is analytical and technology-driven approach and the improvement of candidate experience.
