I'm a Technical Business Analyst in SWC Technology Partners' Software Solutions Group. I help clients across a broad range of industries understand how their business processes translate to technology by defining requirements, then designing applications to meet those requirements and optimize user experience, and finally implement custom software solutions across four primary technology verticals: Business Intelligence, CRM, SharePoint, and Custom Applications.

I also have an extensive background in Nonprofit Industry consulting, and now sit on the national Board of Directors for Students Consulting for Nonprofit Organizations (SCNO) after co-founding the University of Illinois' branch of the 501(c)3 organization in Fall 2010.
