* Personnel administration
Responsible for all the personnel administration tasks, including leaves administration, people's files, induction programs, working time management, headcount, certificates and various requests, audit files, staff register, work medals etc.
* Payroll
Sending all the payroll elements to
HR Assistant @ HR Assistant in a team of 3 people, responsible for administrating around 100 people.
* Personnel administration
Responsible for all the personnel administration tasks, including leaves administration, people's files, induction programs, working time management, headcount, certificates and various requests, audit files, staff register, work medals etc.
* Payroll
Sending all the payroll elements to our shared service center, controlling every payslip, sending end-of-month reporting files to the Finance department, final payrolls and audit files.
* Training
In charge of building and ensuring the follow-up of the whole training plan, managing requests and budget, presenting quarterly reports to the work council and the relation with our accredited collecting fund for training for refundings.
* Recruitment
Responsible for recruiting trainees and apprentices all along the year (6/7 people each year), participation to business weeks in our partner schools, maintaining relations with our partner schools, ensuring compliance with our induction processes and facilitating the induction plans.
* Transversal projects
Participation to several projects, on EMEA and global levels :
- Team member of the Warm Welcome Day project to create a two-day session for newcomers to gain deeper knowledge of DPSS as part of their induction program.
- Participation to the Sales Assessment project, to evaluate global Sales team and deliver action plans on critical weaknesses.
- Divisional Champion of the HR Operating System, a system facilitating the consistency of HR processes on a global, crossdivisional level.
* EMEA HR Coordinator (excl. UK & France)
