I started the first year at college wanting to know more about the Internet and about the communication technologies that bring us together in the Web 2.0. In my final stages of academic graduation I found the love for mobile and ubiquitous technologies that are always with us and have the potencial to ease our every day life.
Between the first and the last year of college, three things were born inside of me: (1) the passion for technology and software, (2) the drive for meeting new interesting and capable people and (3) the confidence to do what I love everyday.
Where do I see myself in 5 years? Learning new technologies and developing products that will change people's lives for better.

The website is used to deliver curated resources and news about the platform and all devices that run the Android operating system. I delivered technical content and the community delivers its love for the concept :) From testing devices of well-established manufacturers to reviewing ROMs and some not-so-friendly applications, or even trying to keep up with the latest gossips, the team is there and up for the challenge! From September 2013 to February 2014 (6 months) Software Engineer @ Started working at the company while finishing my MSc degree. I have integrated several projects regarding both back-end and mobile development with Microsoft technologies. Those projects covered several business areas, ranging from Security and Value Transportation to Energy Management, among others. One of the common challenges about all those systems were the multiple integrations that needed to be done in order to integrate with the client's core systems.
The project I liked the most? Migrating my master thesis' work to the corporate environment. Why? This required me to rethink the architecture of major components from the Tecmic mobile systems and was also a challenging way to make the difference regarding the usual development process of the company.
Without a doubt it was a very special experience, to be part of the team, because I had the pleasure to meet wonderful people and to finally understand the difference between the academic and the "real" worlds.
