Jon Szeliga is a goal oriented and solutions driven manager with over 9 years of experience in the Wireless Communications Industry. Jon effectively collaborates with various carriers and vendors in both regional and local markets to coordinate successful completion of projects, to the satisfaction of EWS customers. Jon is focused on the future and dedicated to excellence in performance and team success. Jon is extremely customer oriented, and always conscious of client needs, expectations and budgets.
Jon's early years in Wireless were focused on sales which, would later strengthen his business development skills. From 2007 to 2009, Jon built a strong technical background accepting fast paced, challenging assignments as a RF Engineer, Field Technician and functioning as the responsible SME with RET systems, MCPAs, BTS, BDA and DAS. In 2009, Jon’s ambition propelled him into management, supervising construction and field services. In 2010, Jon accepted responsibility as the DAS Solutions Manager with the addition of Business Development on EWS’ Executive Management team. In early 2014, Jon merged his DAS Department with the RF Engineering Department creating a more cohesive team with shared responsibilities and goals.
Jon continues to strive for new opportunities while maintaining excellent quality for EWS’ existing wireless customers and projects. Jon sees success as a team sport and cross trains himself while supporting and coordinating cross training with other EWS departments.

DAS Solutions & Business Development Manager @ Manage designs, new builds, upgrades, troubleshooting, and optimization for DAS sites primarily in the Desert Southwest, but also in other states across the country. Implement successful site surveys and audits. Ensure timely completion of site-specific equipment and RF design configurations within customer guidelines. Provide strategic input, oversight and validation in customer projects ensuring successful implementation. Expanded services in New Mexico, Nevada, and Utah in 2010, Colorado, California, and Oregon in 2012, and Wyoming, North Carolina, Texas, Florida and Illinois in 2013.
Responsible for multiple new vendor registrations allowing for millions of dollars of new revenue for EWS. Through Value Added Reseller partnerships and distributor relationships expanded RF department workload to include DAS design, on-site troubleshooting, CW testing, and in-building Quality of Service testing. Support Field Operations Department with technical guidance and troubleshooting support with new SOWs. Obtain new work with new customers for all departments of EWS through ongoing business development and partner relationships.
Acting chairman for Hands of Promise (HOPE) sponsorship group. HOPE is a non-profit group started by EWS. From January 2007 to Present (8 years 10 months) NationwideConstruction Supervisor @ While being subcontracted to Parsons as a Construction Supervisor my daily tasks included supervision of tower and ground equipment upgrades for 3G deployment in the southwest for T-Mobile. Maintained a tight schedule and ensured all deadlines were met with 100% accuracy. Assisted other construction supervisors with ensuring their closeout documentation was delivered to the client on-time. Provided troubleshooting assistance, and created several MOPs and SOWs in an effort to help the team expand their knowledge base. From April 2009 to December 2009 (9 months) Arizona, Texas, and New MexicoTechnician / UMTS @ Provide technical field services, and troubleshooting on all RF related equipment used in Arizona, New Mexico, Nevada, and Utah. Worked with multiple vendors, and general contractors to complete projects. Lead MCPA integration contract technician for T-Mobile 3G deployment 2008 Phase 1. Conduct RET staging prior to deployment. Make last minute decisions in order to complete work in allotted T-Mobile maintenance window. Provide support to multiple markets for RET troubleshooting.
