Jonathan Pink is a nationally recognized copyright, trademark and patent litigator who represents clients in the entertainment, advertising, fashion, automotive, licensing, media, and merchandising industries throughout the United States. He is National Co-Chair of Lewis Brisbois's Entertainment Practice Group.
His clients have included BMG Rights Management, Pioneer Electronics, Viacom, CBS Outdoor, Sephora USA, Tilly’s, San Diego State University, Intercam Casa de Bola, McLeod Industries, Hurst Shifters, LA Choppers, Sugar Bowl Bakery, Trophy Depot, and SA Recycling. Mr. Pink is a frequent speaker on intellectual property matters and has been interviewed on copyright and entertainment issues by NPR News, Fox Broadcasting, ESPN, the New York Times, the Los Angeles Times and the Wall Street Journal among others. He has been named a “Southern California Super Lawyer” by the publishers of Los Angeles Magazine every year since 2007, and was awarded the IP Vanguard Award in 2015 by the State Bar of California. In addition to private practice, Mr. Pink teaches intellectual property law at Western State University, and is an active member of the Recording Academy and the Academy of Television Arts and Science.
