Sales manager insurance & broker services @ Currently I’m working for The Innovation Group BeNeLux as the sales manager for broker and insurance services. Early 2013 I started with restructuring their TPA & claims management division and eventually got involved in the Sales & Account management as well, driving overall P&L.
After that I helped reorganizing the entire company’s operational structure with around 70 FTE headcount, in combination with sales supervision. My current main task is to actively enhance sales for the larger accounts, followed by the essential key account management.
I also have a "free role" on business development for the Benelux region. From June 2012 to Present (3 years 7 months) Co-Founder @ Keypoint is an outsourcing company that provides all kind of outsourcing strategies. This goes from IT services to administrative tasks and innovative telephony solutions. From June 2012 to Present (3 years 7 months) Operations @ I help organising a classic car roadtour that occurs once a year with participants limited to 40 cars From June 2012 to February 2014 (1 year 9 months) Operations Manager @ I was responsible for all operational processes that had to be in place to fit the business plan the company created. At that point HS had 6 venues for leisure purposes. I worked closely together with on-site colleagues, our finance team and the sales team. Next to that I was responsible for the integration of the new software that was used for all operational matters. From March 2012 to February 2013 (1 year) Sales @ I was asked to create a database of leads of companies that were into product development and could have any stock. When this database was created I did all the email marketing to find new lots for the company. From February 2009 to January 2013 (4 years)
