Director of Restaurants @ Ennismore is a London based owner and developer of unique hospitality properties and experiences around the world. We're currently crafting the global expansion of The Hoxton, from one hotel to many, building on the legacy of the Scottish landmark Gleneagles, as well as launching several brand new, standalone restaurants. We are continually on the lookout to invest in people, back ideas that excite us and find places that inspire us. Born out of a singular purpose to make every neighbourhood we are in a better place to be. From October 2015 to Present (3 months) Head of Operations @ Street Feast is London’s pioneering night market. Thousands of people gather each week to eat from London’s best street food traders, chefs and restaurants, and drink cocktails, craft beer and great wine. Since launching in May 2012 we have taken over car parks, breweries, warehouses, old tube stations and builders merchants to create a unique haven for lovers of great food and drink. Animating and transforming empty spaces in London is an important part of our process, taking care to create environments that become a viable alternative to being in a pub or restaurant, and a home for a new and vibrant night market culture in London.
