I supported and assisted the CEO and the top management team in daily work. Lead and acted as a contributed resource in key projects such as the negotiation and selling of our technical platform and Telenor Connexion strategy and execution. From November 2010 to November 2011 (1 year 1 month) Sales and Headhunting @ Netlight is an high-end independent IT-consulting firm based in Stockholm. They solve problems and improve business for customers where IT is business critical.
Netlight main industries are Finance/banking, Gambling, Telecom and Commerce working with companies like SEB, Swedbank, Swedish National Bank, Bwin, Betsson, Ericsson and H&M.
I worked with the expansion of Netlight, including that processes, branding, recruitment and internal projects met the quality demands of a larger Netlight. From August 2009 to October 2010 (1 year 3 months) SwedenVolunteer @ Dicomad produce and refine wooden flooring of different types. They have about 25 employees and is based in Santa Cruz, Bolivia.
We analyzed their business and work methods and made improvement suggestions that stretched from management to waste handling and production outline.
The theories used where Six Sigma and Lean Production and the report was presented as our Master Thesis. From January 2009 to May 2009 (5 months) Managing Director and founder @ Management Consulting company aiming at small to middle sized companies making changes and business improvement suggestions cost-effective.
I founded the company together with two fellow KTH-students based on science, art and business. What we think is the core to every successful project.
