I am an inspiring leader who loves working with people in cross-functional teams, a passionate entrepreneur who makes things happen, and a visionary doer who changes today to shape the future. Interested in business, technology and innovation, I keep looking for what I can do to change our lives.
With 8 years' experience in management consulting, high-tech and industrial companies, I hope to join a Technology Startup or a Venture Capital firm after graduation in May 2016 from Georgetown University's full time MBA program.
My first job was at a Samsung’s plant, a part of a world-class global supply chain that changes materials from around the world to products sold to everywhere. Working with executives/managers of Japan, South Korea and Taiwan suppliers, I used my personal influence to establish new process and improve the quality of a critical part by 50% in 8 months.
Curious to know what happens before mass production, I joined the Ingersoll Rand's R&D center in Shanghai. It's great to develop new products that provide value to people's lives! As the youngest Project Manager, I led 25+ core team members from 12+ functions and 10+ different cities in the US and China to collaborate for innovations that increase sales and reduce cost.
Working at GE and Accenture further extended the breadth and depth of my experience. As the youngest China Sourcing Leader, I optimized GE’s sourcing strategy and enhanced its technology and cost advantage gained from supply chain. As a consultant at Accenture, I helped executives/managers of big companies formulate strategies and improve operations to achieve higher performance.
