After three years at Wieder Italia, Seward joined the Nestle S.A. Corporate Development Team as a Recruiting Manager in November 2009. At Nestle, Seward was responsible for original and innovative Talent Acquisition strategy. Seward also led the development of the team's compensation, integration and hour-long industry businesses.During his seven years at Nestle, Seward had profound impact on the company culture and operation. He was known for his intolerance of stress, his availability 24/7, and his focus on results. He was a driving force behind their reform of the Talent Acquisition Process and his creation of the team'sRecruiting Manager - Delivery at Nestlé position.
