Senior Vice President / CIO @ From June 2015 to Present (7 months) Director - Innovation and Solutions Group @ I was the Director of IT Innovation and Solutions Group for Northwest Federal Credit Union (NWFCU), a billion dollar financial institution. Joining NWFCU in 1996 as a Computer Operator, I quickly moved through the ranks as a Technical Support Engineer and IT Project Planning Manager before attaining my current position.
As the Director of IT ISG, I oversaw staff that serves NWFCU members who are having technical issues regarding Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Mobile Deposit, Mobile Bill Pay, Northwest Express (Voice Response), Commercial Remote Deposit Capture, Shared Branching, Point of Sale, and eStatements. I also supervise the day to day operations of the Employee Help Desk and ISG member facing help desk. My team also consists of vendor managers, Special Projects, and my staff is responsible for the “virtual” branches located within NRO and Liberty Crossing, as well as the SharePoint 2013 farm.
I am a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), a Microsoft Certified Professional, a Certified Citrix Metaframe Administrator and hold an Information Systems Diploma from Strayer University. I have attended many training classes and conferences of which a few are listed below.

In addition to day to day responsibilities, I am also the President of Credit Union Chief Technology Officers, Inc. (CUCTO). CUCTO is a group of area CIO/CTO's that get together once a month to discuss industry technology related topics.
I currently hold a government security clearance.
In addition the above mention, I wanted to mention that my passion is Facilities Management and Security. As the credit union has grown over the years, I have been heavily involved in building our branches. I have been responsible for network infrastructure, cabling, backup UPS’s, backup generators, pretty much everything that goes in to building a new branch.
