My current role with Gentherm Inc. is the Lead On-Site NX Designer, located at General Motors. With being located on-site, I make design changes and updates along with being the sole Team Center operator. Making all changes, updates, and releasing of all products for Gentherm. Sitting in on design meeting stages and release dates with General Motors engineering team, ensuring programs are being released in a timely manner.

Being on site I sit in on design change meetings, continuous program change meetings, and working side by side with GM engineering and design management.
