Software: Microsoft ASP.NET MVC/Razor, C#, jQuery, Bootstrap, AngularJS, VS 2013, Azure. From January 2015 to April 2015 (4 months) Web Application Developer -- Temporary Employee @ Created several Intranet applications previously written in Microsoft Visual FoxPro. The most significant, GAMS, helped staff manage the application process for six graduate schools. Another application managed tutor services. And another facilitated sending emails to segments of the student body. Also implemented Team Foundation Server 2010 for SQL Server 2008 and later migrated it to TFS 2013 on SQL Server 2012.

From August 1991 to August 2011 (20 years 1 month) Manager @ Technical leader in a group that specialized in developing personal computer/local area network database applications for clients; and creating portable applications and ad hoc database reports for auditors. Also responsible for small project management, service development and marketing.
From 1988-91, provided significant database and application support to help banks track deteriorating commercial real estate portfolios; assist auditors in reconciling an accounting system with securities in the vault; develop financial models for executives making bank acquisition decisions; help auditors collect and analyze data during the failure of Rhode Island credit unions. From June 1988 to June 1991 (3 years 1 month) Manager of Systems @ Overall responsibility for agency’s use of computers, planning, procurements, systems development, operations, and user training. Led agency’s information technology growth from 12 to 70 personal computers/terminals. Selected and implemented a DEC Microvax local area network. Supervised two professional staff and two support staff.
