Experienced in setting up Regatta hardware configurations and installing AIX on the hardware partitions. Responsible for southern CA area customer base of 100+ and assisted other offices around the nation. Created, implemented and documented processes for all functions of the position. From September 1999 to June 2000 (10 months) UNIX Systems Administrator @ Optimization and administration on AIX and Windows NT. Using Korn shell and C-Shell automated tasks such as backups, file security, file space management, user creation, license monitoring, etc. Provided upgrades, new installations, troubleshooting, and help desk to all CAD programs(with emphasis on CATIA) and operating systems in the user community.
