The PearlChain concept is based on a lean control of your forecast, sales, distribution, production and purchases.
Starting from the customer-demand, all business processes are scheduled and monitored in real time.
The purpose is to deliver unique customer orders on time with minimal work and minimal raw materials, semi-finished and finished products. Similar to the GPS in your car, the processes are controlled and monitored at any time of day.
Material Requirement Planning (MRP), Finite Capacity Planning (FCP) and Capability Matching (CM) provide an optimization of the work, so the turnaround time of all processes can be shortened.
More sales at the same cost = more margin. The PearlChain concept allows to sell more with the same investment. This gives you the chance to distribute and produce more.
