In addition, I was responsible for a range of small projects on behalf of process improvements and divers incidents. My task as PMO was to support the User Acceptance Test (UAT) team. The UAT team, partially located in India and partially in Amsterdam, is responsible for testing new settlements and clearing systems and applications. We represented the end user in our activities. I reported directly to the UAT coordinator Euronext and I represented him to the team in India. My tasks were: supporting the testing activities in India, controlling the SDLC (software development lifecycle), daily reporting to the management, defect management, supporting during test plan coordination and creation, and controlling communication lines between IT, UAT, the business and operations. Besides these activities, I supported the UAT coordinator Euronext in different diverse projects.
In the context of an internship, a research must be executed. My research goal was to map the SDLC within TSS Amsterdam and to design and implement process improvements. Minor experience in Scrum and Agile were gained during the research. From January 2011 to August 2011 (8 months) Amsterdam
