Barista @ Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard. Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues. Communicates information to manager so that the team can respond as necessary to create the Third Place environment during each shift. Assists with new partner training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed. Delivers customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer. Maintains a clean and organized work space so that partners can locate resources and product as needed. Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality. Provides quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. From April 2015 to Present (9 months) Barista @ As a Barista, It was of utmost importance to use our knowledge of tea to create sales and an experience unique for each customer. Other responsibilities included the following: ensuring that our sales floor are fully stocked, processing and merchandising our tea and accessories, making drinks for customers, recommending loose leaf tea for customer support, and ensuring quality of tea. From July 2014 to March 2015 (9 months) Albuquerque, New Mexico AreaWall Manager @ Responsibilities included: Cleaning and removing climbing holds off the walls, and organizing the holds for the setting crew. Other responsibilities: ensuring safety, rules, teaching beginners how to climb, and cleaning the gym. From August 2013 to July 2014 (1 year) Customer Service @ Responsibilities included: Handling field lights, managing flow of traffic in and out of the park, selling and restocking snack bar goods, cleaning of the fields, organizing and directing customers to their fields.
