As VP Development with Wyndham Hotel Group, developed an innovative strategy to reach out to new clients. Member of the European Senior Leadership Team, implementing and shaping regional strategy in line with Global Mission Statement. Signed on an exclusive deal with the largest owner of petrol stations in Spain and Portugal for the launch of the Super 8 brand in European roadside locations (pipeline of 72 new build franchised hotels in 5 years).
Online tutor for the Property and Asset Management course with GLION Online, the Swiss based institute which provides a wide range of online programmes.As an acknowledged industry expert provided online tutoring in hotel real estate to a multi-national audience of students.
As a Director with Cushman & Wakefield operating in London and Moscow, developed a completely new business unit to address the Russian domestic market. Refined the product for introduction into the local market and commuted to Moscow on a bi-weekly basis. Built a £2 million pipeline of new business within 12 months.
As the hotel agency Director at Chesterton International, tasked with generating fee income from the sale of prime hotel properties. Amongst numerous deals sold a regional hotel group following two years of negotiations. Achieved the largest fee for the hotel unit with a single deal worth £450,000.
