From August 2011 to July 2013 (2 years) Greater Boston AreaClient Operations Manager @ State Street -Managed a group of 10 employees responsible for daily accounting, cash reconciliation, pricing, client relationship and reporting for a clients 200 funds-Communicated daily with client and numerous investment managers on outstanding issues and new initiatives-Selected to work as a mystatestreet.com product champion which involved becoming an expert with the website and proactively reaching out to the client and internal staff to train them on the site and show them how it can make their jobs quicker and more efficient.-Selected to work on and oversee a complex fund with a Cayman Islands subsidiary which allows investment in commodities.
