Since her start 10 years ago, Jodi has taken on the responsibilities as the Human Resource Director, Operations Manager and Account Manager, along with continuing her initial responsibilities as the Corporate Controller. Jodi is extremely passionate about helping people inside and outside her organization and is always willing to expand outside her responsibilities within the company. She loves that she can bring her innovative, passionate and hardworking personality every day to the work place. Jodi currently resides in Rancho Santa Margarita, Ca with her daughter, Courtney and her three dogs, yes three. Her daughter, Jennifer, lives in Chapel Hill, NC. In her spare time, she enjoys Rise Fitness, walking her three dogs, hiking, biking, everything beach, but mostly visiting and spending time with her 2 daughters. From November 2004 to Present (11 years 2 months) Instructor @ Each class has a theme whether it is Hip Hop, Classic Rock, 80's or a mix of all the favorites. Not only are you working out to your favorite music, RISE also displays music videos, inspirational footage, as well as first person outdoor HD footage, all shown on giant 80 inch LCD screens. We’ve also placed multiple flat screens throughout the studio. RISE is not just exercise IT'S AN EXPERIENCE.
Unlike other popular studios, RISE allows your body to do movements it was designed to do. RISE is done on a StairMaster (RISER), therefore offering many more movements to incorporate while exercising so that classes are never routine or boring. The basic movements include walking, hiking, jogging, running and sprinting. These basic movements are then combined with upper body exercises to make an infinite number of exercise combinations. It’s all the movements your body was designed to do, which is not only safer but also allows you to burn more calories while exercising. RISE is a total body workout!
