Joao M started his career in management in 2006 as an instructor of security at a private company in São Paulo, Brazil. He then became a financial advisor in 2007, marketing director for a bus- Transportation company in 2009, and head of security at Proseguractive from January 2006 to January 2010. From there, Joao M moved on to become a supervisor at Saint-Gobain in November 1996 and January 1999, responsible for the security of companies in São Paulo and Rio de Janeiro. From January 2000 to January 2006, he was also the leader of a security squad at Verzani & Sandrini in São Paulo. From January 2006 to January 2010, Joao M was the president of the group Jomacon services de Segurança. In 2013, he started working at the Brazilian company Grupo Jomacon as Director of Security. In this position, Joao M is responsible for the security of the group's customers and employees.

He is also responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company, including finance, marketing, and information technology.Prior to this, Joao Marinello M had been a director at Verzani e Sandrini, a private company with over 17 years of experience in the security field.
