The Marketing Automation world is growing up quickly. Organizations from all kinds of industries and sizes are embracing Modern Marketing and are enjoying the benefits of it as their Marketers grow engagement and revenue. After having been involved in almost 100 MA projects, I saw that many of these organizations face similar challenges and struggle with things like: I love the story and I see how we can benefit from it but my management is not ready to spend more on Marketing! How do I change my messaging from product marketing to story telling? What does this change mean from an organizational point of view? How do I make sure that my local marketing teams are up to speed? What do I do with my existing campaigns? How are we going to work with our 18 existing local agencies? Do we still need them and to do what exactly? How do I connect my POS/ERP/CRM data to my MA system – my marketers would love to use this data as well? I want to have 1 place where I can find all my segmentation data so can we push to our iOS event apps for notifications and we want to do sms marketing in Africa and we absolutely need this to pop up in our Chatter feed for the sales reps and how do we get this info to the Social Media team etc…. i need apps around my MA platform!
