JIMMY MA - HEAD OF FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION Jimmy Ma is a Certificated Practising Accountant. He have accounting and taxation experience with both public practise and industries. He has trading, education and wholesale industry experience. Now he is working for Garmond Pty Ltd and ICEE Folding Box. Garmond is a photo frame, frame art wholesale group, a family-owned business for more than 30 years. Garmond also funded ICEE Folding Box, the world's first flat format EPS box. Jimmy was born in China and come to Australia in late 2003 for tertiary education. He was undertaken part of his Bachelor of Accounting in China and complete the degree in Melbourne. After graduate, he continues his postgraduate accounting study with Monash University. He got his full CPA member in 2011. He can speak and write in Mandarin. He understands and adapts both eastern and western cultures. He is eager to learn, willing to bear responsibility and welcome challenges, a stable and reliable team player. Jimmy have experience in financial and management accounting, set up policy and procedure with accounting and finance, detailed cash flow for the group with different currencies, month ends reports, bank reports, budgets and tax compliances. He communicates directly with business bankers, external accountants, insurance brokers and other debtors/ creditors. He also control and audit the finance for China Operation Department. He was involved in new company set up and optimizes accounting functions for the in-house ERP system.

From October 2009 to February 2010 (5 months) Bookkeeper/Assistant Accountant @ Accounts payable & receivable. Bank/ credit card reconciliations. BAS and payroll.
