In 1999, I founded JCSI to capitalize on my experiences working in all aspects of the recruiting industry, channeling the best of what I’d learned into the firm, and strengthening it with a solid understanding of corporate staffing priorities. With JCSI, I created a hybrid between contract recruiting and agency services to offer clients a flexible and effective RPO model without expensive contingency fees.
Because we consult with clients as an extension of their HR teams, our close partnerships increase search efficiency, resulting in better candidates and reducing cost per hire. We work on an hourly, adjustable basis, so clients have the flexibility to use our recruiting expertise as a supplement to their staffing departments as needs occur within their organizations.
