As President of UPS International, I am responsible for the company’s strategic growth across more than 220 countries and territories. Based in Atlanta, I am most likely to be found in or traveling to a market that is either growing or has been identified by my team and I to have growth potential. I am interested in profitable and sustainable growth both for our organization and the communities we serve - while helping our customers grow and succeed across the world.
My work involves helping businesses view their supply chains as a strategic differentiator that, when used wisely, brings competitive advantage, customer satisfaction and economic return. Our world-class service portfolio – which includes supply chain solutions, small package, freight forwarding, and customs brokerage – is dynamic enough to support any size client, from an established multinational down to a single consumer, in both developed and emerging markets.
A US national born overseas, I travel extensively to represent UPS internationally. From London to Dubai to Bangalore, overseeing UPS’s international operations takes me to countless countries where I have the opportunity to meet with leaders of businesses and governments. The top priority that links these leaders, UPS and me is international trade, which I see as a tool for economic progress, sustainable growth and a means for improving our world.
With nearly 30 years with UPS and experience living in numerous countries like Belgium, Germany, the United Kingdom and the United States, I am accustomed to working with companies to meet the challenges of today’s increasingly international economy.
