In 2001, Dan entered into a business partnership with his older brother and together, they started a small business. Citadel Homes, Inc. is a family-owned and operated home builder that builds and sells homes in Central Texas. Citadel Homes has been profitable for over 10 years and has generated over $100 million in revenue. Citadel Homes was first established in 1990.Since she first started working at Citadel Homes, Jill has cared for and worked with many families who have struggled to get by in their respective communities. She has learned how to build relationships with customers and neighbors, how to handle difficult situations, and how to manage a family business. In her time at Citadel Homes, Jill has also been a part of many important organizational changes that have helped the company grow.
