I have 30 years of experience in Personnel Acquisition, Corporate culture and Recruiting. I have aFour-year long relationship with Ethos Life, where I am currently Head of Recruiting - APAC. Prior to that, I was Lead Consultant at Longhouse Consulting and Advisory from June 2009 to November 2013 and India Staffing Lead at Arista Networks, Inc./ Awake Security. At Arista Networks, Inc. I was also Senior Consultant at Alp Management Consultants. prior to that, I worked at Alp Management Consultants from 2006 to 2007.

Jayant Shah has worked as an accountant and finance graduate. Jayant Shah is currently working as an accountant and finance graduate in an Indian company.Jigar Shah has an excellent teaching record and has taught accounting and finance at various levels in schools in India. Jigar Shah's approach to teaching is interactive, interactive classes which focus on problem-solving. Jigar Shah believes in challenging students to think outside the box and push themselves.
