Report on key contributing factors affecting risk profiles for each institution; recommend strategies to pursue opportunities and mitigate riskFinancial Planning and Analysis• Direct weekly meetings with CEOs and CFOs to discuss macroeconomic and industry trends, analyze financial strategies, and develop modeling assumptions• Work with executives to develop a base case forecast, model the effects of changes in loan and deposit growth, and prepare clients for possible negative regulatory and industry changes• Analyze the effect of growth strategies and changes in expenses on key business metrics (i.e. ROA, gross margin)Strategy and Leadership• Consult on-site with client executives and boards of directors around the United States on a wide range of issues including long-term financial forecasting, capital restoration plans, risk management, succession and merger planning and budgeting• Develop and test new reports and enhance modeling software to provide the company with better materials to analyze risk• Coordinating a company initiative to reduce project turnaround times for clients by up to 75%.
