Talent Acquisition Coordinator @ This position has given me exposure to all aspects of the Talent Acquisition department including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and the necessary administrative tasks needed to keep the department running smoothly. I take care of the interview schedules, as well as any travel arrangements that may be needed. I begin the background check and drug screen process for new hires and I begin the relocation process, if needed. I provide onboarding assistance by ensuring that new employees have the necessary equipment for their first day and by making sure that they have all of the proper paperwork and onboarding documents. As the point of contact for candidates, I take care of all of their travel arrangements, expense reports, and any questions/issues that they may have before/during/after their interview. I also maintain our open position postings and I use my free time to source for our open positions. From August 2015 to Present (5 months) Talent Acquisition Intern @ During this internship, I assisted in coordinating interviews and travel arrangements for candidates, posting positions internally and externally, and facilitating pre-employment drug screens and background investigations. In addition, I assisted in reviewing job descriptions and resumes to support the Talent Acquisition department by sourcing candidates for technical positions in the manufacturing industry. I used social media outlets to market the company, as well as career opportunities. I also handled the candidate expense reports, assisted in writing up job offers, and supported the onboarding process for new hires. From May 2015 to August 2015 (4 months) Front Desk Guest Care Agent @ Working as a Front Desk Guest Care Agent, I was the guests' first impression that they got of the hotel. It was my job to build a relationship with guests while identifying key details in order to make their stay memorable, unique, and intriguing. By properly addressing issues and complaints that arose, I created a smooth and easy experience for guests that made them feel safe and welcome. I promoted repeat business to guests by offering to make them future reservations or by providing them with recommendations for same-brand locations. I continuously learned and utilized Fosse to check in/check out guests, correct billing errors, and understand reports. As the main point of contact for the hotel guests, I regularly practiced safety standards and remained alert and observable to the environment. From August 2011 to May 2015 (3 years 10 months) Cash Applications Specialist @ As a Cash Applications Specialist, my main task was to update debtors' account information by taking in their monthly payment and notating their payment records. I also assisted my supervisor with updating balance reports. From September 2013 to January 2014 (5 months) Cash Office Assistant @ I started off as a Cashier and quickly worked my way to a Customer Service Associate, followed by a Cash Office Assistant. My responsibilities within all three of these positions included handling purchases and returns, supervising the front end of the store, maintaining a clean and efficient check out area, analyzing and balancing all cashier tills and reports, and processing daily deposits. I worked with a team of other cashiers, supervisors, and management to effectively serve the customers in a timely manner.
