Based on his work experience, Jesse Hou thinks that the biggest challenge facing companies today is the scaling of their business model. Hou takes particular issue with the way that large companies are able to overweight their balance sheets and runaway on debt, which in turn has caused them to lose out on opportunities and customers.Hou believes that the key to success is to be able to conquer new markets, create value for shareholders, and identify and focus on the right opportunities.
