Jerry ECC's current experience coaching professionals and coaching students provides him with a unique vantage point for understanding how people commit to personal change. Jerry ECC has experience working with individuals in a wide variety of positions from Executives to Teachers to Pastors.Jerry ECC met his wife while he was a student at San Francisco State University where he was an Executive Coach with RBF sports. Jerry ECC was a mentor to then-Marquette assistant coach Brian Casey and Casey helped get Jerry ECC his first professional coaching opportunity with the NFL's San Francisco 49ers. Jerry ECC's work with organizations such as the NFL, RBF sports, and marquette assistant football coach has given Jerry ECC a unique perspective on the coaching profession. While working with these organizations, Jerry has seen first-hand the challenges and opportunities that come with professional coaching. He has seen how coaching can change people's lives for the better and has learned that the personal commitment and dedication that coaches offer are what set them apart from other professional disciplines.Jerry ECC is currently a Director of Coaching at Western Seminary. Jerry ECC has a B.A. from Southern Baptist School of Biblical Studies in Biblical studies. He also has a M.A. from Union University in Christian Ministries.Jerry ECC currently works as an Pastor's Assistant at First Baptist Church in Lynchburg, VA. He is currently working towards his J.D. from the University of Richmond.
