Additionally, I was responsible for overseeing our brand social team, I reviewed and approved all brand social content and partnered with the team on all social media activations.• Developed and executed activations to bring the brand to life through targeted partnerships and experiential programs, including Global Running Day, the US Open, and General Manager Immersions - owning the activation budget, managing agencies, and crafting marketing strategy. Through these activations and targeted PR efforts, Westin earned 2.28 billion media impressions in 2018. • Audited and refined brand service standards to further Westin's wellness POV and elevated guest experience, while gaining expanded internal support for the brand by executing projects and that educated and spread awareness to associates across the enterprise.
