Archrventures is a startup that specializes in design, research and development for startups. Their main thrust is to help small businesses build theiritial footholds and scale. He entered the business as the CEO and product head for Jabbrrbox, a next-generation remote customer service tool for businesses of all sizes.After three amazing years, during which Jabbrrbox grew from a 1-man team to a company with over 2000 distinct customers and employees, Jeremy decided to step down to focus on his startup. He is currently the CEO and founder of Archrventures.It was during my time at Jabbrrbox that I learned a lot about the customer service industry, and I also learned a lot about product development and launching a venture. I found myself in at the very forefront of the product and customer experience arms of the company and I learned not to take things for granted.It was also during my time at Jabbrrbox that I decided to start my own company. I am currently the CEO and founder of Archrventures and from that company I’ve learned how to develop and launch a venture, manage an operations budget and run customer service.I think what I’ve learned at Jabbrrbox is that it’s all about customer service and product development. If you want to be successful in the customer service industry, you need to learn how to develop andlaunch a venture, manage your own operations budget and run your customer service in a customer focused manner.
