Jenny Merrill had 7 years of Experience in The Retail Industry as a Secretary. prior to joining McKinsey & Company, Jenny worked as an Intern at Staples in 2010-2011 and then as an Assistant Store Planner at Abercrombie & Fitch in Columbus, Ohio from February 2004-April 2009. In her previous positions, Jenny hasived experience in the areas of Retail Marketing Strategy and Business Development. She read a paper on Retail Customer Experience at the Metropolitan Policy Forum in March, 2014, and earlier this year designed a model of a line of products with the goal of improving the customer experience at Framebridge, a Walmart licensee in the Washington, District of Columbia. This experience has prepared Jenny to provide Advice and assistance to McKinsey & Company'sEngagement Managers and merchants on issues such as Macy's Expansion Plan, the Race to the Top Program, and the National Retail Federation's (NRF) Guidelines for Walton successor organizations.
