💼 Past Experience

Jennifer Tyson began her work experience with Jumpstart Ventures in 2000 as a Marketing Consultant. After a year as a Marketing Consultant, she worked in development at LINES Contemporary Ballet from 1999 to 2000. She then moved to Mercury House from 1997 to 1999 as a Marketing & Development Director. In her last two years at Mercury House, she worked as a Senior Director, Product at VenueNext from 2014 to 2015. Tyson then moved to Apple in 2008 as a Marketing Marketing Manager for the iPhone. In 2005, she moved to Cupertino as a Marketing Communications Manager for the Apple iPod. There she focused on developing new marketing products for the iPod before leaving in 2006 to become a Producer Developer Programs Manager at Handspring. In her last two years at Handspring, she concentrated on developing new mobile products.

🎓 Education

After a successful two-year tenure at Dominican University of California, Tyson saw her name known in business circles. She took the initiative to shift her focus from Literature to Sustainable Enterprise.Having authored her first book in 2008, Tyson quickly gained recognition and respect in the business world. Her book, Sustainable Enterprise: How to Create True Value for Your Business, has been refer as a "Best seller" since its release.She has since authored additional books, articles, and webinars on the subject of Sustainable Enterprise.Tyson is currently an enterprise M.B.A. graduate student at University of California, Santa Cruz. She has a 3.96 GPA and is currently working on her fourth book, this time sustainable project management techniques.
