Defined the targeting, timing, and messaging hierarchy, and worked with our creative agency and email service providers (Cheetah Mail and Exact Target) to develop and execute our email programs.• Launched email programs including an educational welcome series, recurring content promotion, transactional emails, subscription upgrade emails, churn reduction programs, and more. • Wrote initial requirements for the Redbox Instant by Verizon CRM system, inclusive of requirements for campaign management, segmentation, analytics, and business intelligence. Worked with product and IT teams to scope project for implementation using SAS and Terremark platforms. • Created an email program to increase usage of the kiosk credits. Saw a 54% increase in number of customers using their kiosk credits within the test group than the control group for the email.
