💼 Past Experience

3 1/2 years with SuperValu as the US Director of RE & Store Development, I have completed over 130 new store deals/leases and over 60 renewals/expansions during my 3 1/2 years with PV. During that time, we have expansored into new markets, such as Northern Virginia, Delaware, Connecticut, Long Island and Westchester County, New York, Rhode Island, West Virginia, Pittsburgh and Richmond. Jennifer Green's education and work readiness background:Green has a Bachelor's of Science from West Chester University of Pennsylvania in 1995. In 1999, she earned her Master's of Science in Workplace Studies from the same school. Green's previous career experiences have included working as a human resources coordinator and as a development associate at a non-profit organization. Green's limited experience in writing, but her overall computer skills and writing experience make her an excellent candidate for a writer's role in a business organization.

Jennifer Green has over three years of experience managing real estate projects. She has expertise in managing remodels or expansions for stores, investigating properties for potential stores, and helping with economic research. Green was with SuperValu from 2007-2009 and was responsible for all aspects of expansion and remodels for the company. Green was also with Albertsons for eight years, where she managed all aspects of real estate including expansion, remodels, and project justification.
