Born into a family of educators,Jennifer Ryan Crozier has been a professional educator since she completed her undergraduate education at Colorado College in 1991. Jennifer then completed her M.A. in linguistic sciences at Stony Brook University in 1995. After completing her Ph.D. in impact investing at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford in 2019, she has completed three most important professional milestones in her career. Firstly, she has been a professional educator for over 20 years and has been responsible for highly successful teams at both high-poverty andTier 1 schools. Secondly, she has also been recognised as a world-class scholar by numerous journals and professional organisations. Finally, her research has been recognised by numerous accolades, including 3 national awards from the American Educational Research Association, a prize from the American Philosophical Society, and the inaugural “Best Paper Award” from the Society for the Psychological Sciences.
